The dining room is also quite large (can fit a dining table for four).
The kitchen comes partially furnished. There is a completely tiled countertop and sink, preinstalled cabinets, and provisions for a refrigerator and a gas range. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and is already full tiled and fitted with all the necessary fixtures. On the second floor, you will find the two bedrooms, both of which have enough space for a queen-sized bed.
The next house on the list is the Margarita. Just like the Reana, the Margarita is a 2-story, 2-bedroom townhouse unit. The floor areas of both house models are identical. The only difference is that the Margarita has a different design aesthetic. It also has a slightly bigger lot at 46 square meters, which is why it costs a bit more at PhP1.23M.
If you need a bit more room, and privacy, you should check out the Marga house model. The Marga is a single-firewall unit sitting on a 66 square meter lot with a total lot area of 46 square meters. In terms of the interior layout of the Marga, it is still quite identical to those of the Reana and Margarita but it is a bit more spacious. The real difference is that there is a larger lot area, which you can use whatever way you want. You can place a landscaped garden out in front, or have it paved and turned into a carport. The space at the side of the house can be turned into a lanai. You may also use the space for any future expansion that you have in mind. The Marga costs just PhP1.45M.
Last on the list is the Rina model unit. Just like the Marga, the Rina is a single-firewall, 2-story house. Aside from having different designs, the interior of both the Rina and Marga is nearly identical. The main difference between the two house models is that the Rina has a significantly larger lot area at 80 square meters, which means you also have a lot more room to work with in whatever way you want.
